  • With extensive experience in medical devices, biotech, life sciences, pharma, and industrial sales leadership, I am a forward-thinking, and strategic executive commercial leader. 
  • As Founder & President, and in other executive leadership positions, I facilitated growth for multiple startup medical device/biotech companies, contributing to acquisition and integration goals. 
  • Have led sales teams ranging from 8 directors/managers to 650 direct and indirect sales reps, clinical specialists, and clinical engineers, while managing up to $100M+ revenue. 
  • Deliver explosive growth with strategic agility by building highly productive, motivated sales teams to effectively execute. 
  • Skilled in clearing obstacles, utilizing proven sales processes and resilient problem-solving skills to exceed goals.  
  • Passionate about inspiring team members to excel and volunteer on startup advisory and educational boards, and in biotech sales organizations.
